Simply stated, Lamination is the process of adhering one film web to another.
This process allows us to offer customers various material “recipes” to suit the appearance, protection and packing of their product. If your product needs a 12-month shelf-life or will sit in a chiller or freezer cabinet or needs particular protection from the atmosphere, we will work with you to construct a substrate using adhesive lamination incorporating various films that offers you the necessary properties.
At J&P Flexographics, we decided to forego traditional solvent-based lamination techniques and have opted for the technically advanced solvent-free method (solvent-less and water-based methods).
