Our Finishing Department ensures that your flexible packaging material is ready for you to pack your goods.
We have modern slitting equipment to produce rolls of material that are completed to the specified weight and size for the material handling requirements at your plant or chosen co-packer. To maintain food approved standards we wrap each individual roll for protection during transport and warehousing until your operators unwrap them on the production floor for use. Likewise, pre-made pouches are packed in boxes for ease of handling.
Our slitting department also offers micro-perforation capabilities for those customers who require this feature.
Palletisation of rolls of material or boxes of pouches is configured to meet Occupational Health and Safety standards in addition to the requirements nominated for your warehouse.
